Originally published by Phylloscopus Publications, this edition of Reich’a Variations pour le Basson has been prepared by C.M.M. Nex and F.H. Nex from the manuscript held in the Bibliotheque Nationale in Paris. This version for bassoon and piano has also been prepared, so that bassoonists may enjoy these 19th century variations even when their string-playing colleagues are unwilling to humour them.
